| 18.1) | The Board shall from time to time appoint - |
| a) | a Risk Committee; |
| b) | an Audit Committee; |
| c) | a Remuneration Committee; and |
| d) | any other committee that it deems fit. |
| 18.2) | The Board, in selecting members and defining the terms of reference of the committees mentioned in Regulation 18.1, shall consider accepted norms and best practice prevailing at the time. |
