A return in respect of the Lloyd’s South African Trust shall be submitted to the Authority by Lloyd’s or the Lloyd’s representative—
| (a) | in the medium and form; |
| (b) | containing the particulars; and |
| (c) | by the date and within the period, |
as prescribed by the Authority.
