Performers' Protection Act, 1967 (Act No. 11 of 1967)14. Savings |
| (1) | The rights acquired by any performer prior to the commencement of this Act shall not be prejudiced by this Act. |
| (2) | This Act shall apply to performances which took place before the commencement of this Act as it applies in relation to performances which take place thereafter. |
