In these regulations any expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Act shall bear that meaning and, unless inconsistent with the context—
"annexure"
means the annexure to these regulations;
"the Act"
means the Occupational Diseases in Mines and Works Act, 1973 (Act No. 78 of 1973).
