by the
President of the Republic of South Africa
By virtue of the powers vested in me in terms of section 27 of the Non-Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction Act, 1993 (Act No. 87 of 1993) (the Act), I hereby add the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons as a Schedule to the Act.
