"permitted use"
in relation to a property, means the limited purposes for which the property may be used in terms of —
| (a) | any restrictions imposed by — |
| (i) | a condition of title; |
| (ii) | a provision of a town planning or land use scheme; or |
| (iii) | any legislation applicable to any specific property or properties; or |
| (b) | any alleviation of any such restrictions; |
