Any person who, without sufficient cause, fails to appear or to give evidence or produce any book, document or other object as contemplated in section 11(2)(d) and (e), shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding two years or to both a fine and such imprisonment.
