In this Schedule, "Act" means the Credit Rating Services Act, 2012 (Act No. 24 of 2012). Any word or expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Act has that meaning and, unless the context otherwise indicates-
"applicant"
means a person applying for registration as a credit rating agency as contemplated in section 5 of the Act; and
"key employee"
means any employee of the credit rating agency involved in credit rating services.
