FINANCIAL SERVICES BOARD

I, Dube Phineas Tshidi, Registrar of Credit Rating Agencies, hereby prescribe under section 11(1)(a) of the Credit Rating Services Act, 2012 (Act No. 24 of the Code of Conduct Fundamentals for Credit Rating Agencies of the International Organisation of Securities Commissions, as published and as amended  from  time to time as  the  International  Code  of  Conduct,  the  principles  of  which  must  be contained in the code of conduct to be adopted, published and adhered to by a registered credit rating agency.

This Notice takes effect on the date of publication thereof.
