8. Intervention of Parties in the proceedings
Any person entitled to join as a party or liable to be joined as a party in the proceedings may, on notice to all parties, at any stage of the proceedings apply for leave to intervene as a party.
The Court or the Chief Justice may upon such application make such order, including any order as to costs, and give such directions as to further procedure in the proceedings as may be necessary.
