I, Thobile Lamati, Director-General, hereby, in terms of Section 85(2) of the Compensation for Occupational Injuries & Diseases Act, 1993 (Act No. 130 of 1993), cancel the loadings applied to employer with effect from 1 March 2019 and prospectively. The assessments that have been invoiced for this period will be reviewed accordingly.
