| 1) | The laws mentioned in the Schedule are amended or repealed to the extent set out in the third column of the Schedule. |
| 2) | Any law which regulates an old order right and which- |
| a) | is not mentioned in the Schedule; and |
| b) | is not in conflict with this Act, |
remains in force until repealed by a competent: authority.
