| (1) | An application for a qualification of a flight simulator or flight training device shall be made to the Director in a form and manner as prescribed by the Director in Document SACAA-FSTD A or SACAA-FSTD H shall be accompanied by the appropriate fee as prescribed in Part 187. |
(2) An application must include:
| (a) | a QTG for the simulator or device; and |
| (b) | a document describing the quality system that the operator proposes to use to satisfy regulation 60.01.10. |
