| (1) | The operator of a qualified flight simulator or qualified flight training device must establish and maintain a quality system that ensures the correct operation and maintenance of the simulator or device. |
| (2) | The quality system must cover at least the following matters: |
| (a) | quality policy; |
| (b) | management responsibility; |
| (c) | document control; |
| (d) | resource allocation; |
| (e) | quality procedures; |
| (f) | internal audit. |
Note The quality system may be structured according to the size and complexity of the operator's organisation, in accordance with the requirements set out in the following document:
