Air Services Licensing Act, 1990 (Act No. 115 of 1990)34. Short title and commencement |
| (1) | This Act shall be called the Air Services Licensing Act, 1990, and shall, subject to the provisions of subsection (2), come into operation on 1 July 1991. |
| (2) | Part 1 of the Schedule shall come into operation on 1 July 1990. |
