| (1) | The Authority must inform an infringer, in accordance with regulation 35(4), of the decision of a representations officer by providing the infringer with the applicable completed |
| (a) | form AARTO 09a, "successful on all charges"; |
| (b) | form AARTO 09b, "unsuccessful on all charges"; or |
| (c) | form AARTO 09c, "successful on main charge". |
| (2) | The fee for a representation which has been rejected as contemplated in section 18(7)(b)(i) is shown in paragraph 5.10 of Schedule 2. |
