| (1) | The period for the transfer of payments received as referred to in sections 20(8) and 32(2) of the Act, is as specified in paragraph 7.1 of Schedule 2. |
| (2) | The period for the transfer of penalties received by the Authority as referred to in section 32(1) of the Act , is as specified in paragraph 7.2 of Schedule 2. |
