Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences Act, 1998 (Act No. 46 of 1998)Chapter II : Road Traffic Infringement Authority11. Administrative staff and remuneration |
| (1) | The registrar must, subject to the business plan approved by the Board, establish the administration of the Authority and may appoint such administrative staff members as may be necessary. |
| (2) | The Authority may pay to the persons in its employ such remuneration and allowances, and may provide them with pensions and other benefits, as the Board may determine after consultation with the Minister. |
