In terms of section 25 of the Companies Amendment Act, (Act No. 16 of 2024), I hereby determine that sections 1 on the definition of "securities", 16, 40, 45; 72(5)(a) and (b)(i) and (ii), 6A(a) and (b), 7A(a) and (b), 8A(a)(i) and (ii) and (b)(i) and (ii), 9A(a) and (b), and 11; 48, 61, 90, 95, 135, 160, 167, 194 and 204 of the Act shall come into effect upon publication in the Gazette.
