33. Repeal of Laws

 

 

Chapters I and III of the Fund-raising Act, 1978 (Act No. 107 of 1978), are hereby repealed to the extent that they apply to fund-raising organisations, branches of such organisations and any other organisation contemplated in Chapter I of that Act.
