The Act has been updated with by the National Small Business Amendment Act, 2004 (Act No. 29 of 2004) as published in Government Gazette No. 27101 dated 15 December 2004.
The Act has been amended by the National Small Business Amendment Act, 2003 (Act 26 of 2003) as gazetted in GG 25763 dated 26 November 2003.
The National Small Business Act, 1996 (Act No. 102 of 1996), as published in Notice No. 1901, dated 27 November 1996, and which came into operation on 20 June 1997, has been added to the site.
